If you exit the subway at Union Square, walk 3 blocks east on 16th Street.
On the "L" train, exit on 3rd Avenue and walk 2 blocks north.
If you drive, you get an hour on the meter on 3rd Avenue. Otherwise there are ample parking garages in the neighborhood.
If you ride a bike, bring it upstairs with you. It can rest along side my bicycle.
If you bring you pet, it will be most welcomed. A treat might even be in store...

Most therapy sessions occur weekly, although I might recommend twice weekly sessions depending on your particular needs and goals.
For those wanting to tackle those deep, pervasive and long-standing problems, intensive work is required. Psychoanalysis is the tool, and if you have the time (3x per week), this is the solution.
Who isn't struggling in finding their professional footing whether declaring a major or making career moves? Are you interested in advancement or a complete change? I combine an engaging and insightful approach in coupling career discusions with therapy.
Weekly clinical supervision is an integral part of any counselor's, social worker's or psychologist's professional development. I provide a lively exchange of ideas when examining your clinical work, integrating theory with your approach.
